WE COMPLETED IN CLASS:
1. No journal.
2. Got back paragraph outlines and discussed general concerns. (Refer to pages 3 and 4 and to the example theme when working on your paragraphs. Also refer to the transition page for examples of how to transition between quotes.)
3. Discussed dialect and idioms in TKM. Think of existing idioms or create your own (for extra credit) to pair with Scout, Calpurnia, and a character of your choice (due Monday).
4. Worked in groups to complete questions 4-7 on dialect handout.
